Al-Junaid (may Allah have mercy on him) once said, "Stories are like an army of Allah, which will strengthen the bodies of servants who walk towards Allah ﷻ

Bismillah…
My brothers, this is the benefit of reading the exemplary stories of the Prophet Muhammad and his companions. The theme is prayer and dhikr in the morning.
✍🏻 Al-Junaid Rahimullah once said,
"Stories are like an army of Allah, which will strengthen the bodies of the servants who walk towards Allah ﷻ."
Then he was asked, "Is there any evidence for what you said earlier?"
Al-Junaid said, “Yes, there is, namely the word of Allah ﷻ,
Meaning: "And all the stories of the messengers, We told you (Muhammad), so that with those stories We strengthen your hearts; and in them we have given you (all) truth, advice and warnings for those who believe." (QS. Hud, 11:120)

According to this verse, stories will strengthen the heart, get the truth, advice and warnings. This is the story of the Prophet and his companions in the morning.
Starting from dawn, An Nawawi narrates in Sahih Muslim that there is a chapter entitled 'The virtue of not moving from the place of prayer after the dawn prayer and the virtue of being in the mosque'.
In this chapter, there is a story from a tabi'in – Simak bin Harb –. He (may Allah have mercy on him) said that he asked Jabir bin Samuroh,
"Do you often accompany the Messenger of Allah to sit?" Jabir answered,
Yes He usually does not move from his seat after the morning prayer until the sun rises. When the sun rose, the Prophet just stood up (left the place of prayer). In the past, friends used to talk (jokingly) about jahiliyah matters, then they laughed. Meanwhile he just smiled." (HR. Muslim)
An-Nawawi said, "In this hadith there is an advice to remember Allah after dawn and to continue sitting in the prayer place if there is no excuse (obstacle)."
Al-Qadhi stated that this was a sunnah commonly practiced by the Salaf and scholars. They used to use this time to remember Allah and pray until sunrise. (Syarh An Nawawi 'ala Muslim)

History from Abu Wa'il, he said,
"One morning we came to Abdullah bin Mas'ud after we had performed morning prayers. Then we said greetings at the door. Then we were allowed to enter. However, we stopped for a moment in front of the door. Then the slave came out and said, "Come in, please." Then we entered while Ibnu Mas'ud was sitting while doing dhikr.
Ibn Mas'ud then said, "What prevented you when I had given you permission to enter?" Then we replied, "No, we thought that some of your family members were sleeping."
Ibn Mas'ud then said, "Do you think that my family has been negligent?" Then Ibn Mas'ud continued to remember Allah until he thought that the sun had risen.
Then he called to his slave, "O my slave, look to see if the sun has risen." The slave then looked outside. If the sun has not yet risen, he continues his dhikr.
Until he thought again that the sun had risen, he called his slave again and said, "See if the sun has risen." Then the slave looked outside.
When the sun had risen, he said,
"Praise be to Allah who has guided us to dhikr this morning." (HR. Muslim)
Hopefully this is useful and becomes an inspiration for love and life with the Quran, as well as consistent prayer and dhikr every morning.
