In the Quran, you'll find a number of guidelines to help you during your life in this world. Typically, each verse and chapter has a different meaning. Of the thousands of verses in the holy book, the following are verses in the Quran that serve as spiritual healers .
Al-Fatihah, the opening chapter of the Quran, has many virtues, one of which is its calming effect. Reading this chapter will bring peace to a previously anxious and restless heart.
This was conveyed directly by Rasulullah SAW, he said in a hadith narrated by Bukhari and Muslim "By the One who is my soul and in His hands, Allah SWT has not sent down a surah that has the same position as surah Al-Fatihah in the Torah, Gospel and Zabur, even in the Koran"
Al-Fatihah is one of the surahs that is read in the prayer cycle, so in a day you will read it 17 times. When you are feeling down, this surah in the Koran as an inner healer can be read 7 times slowly and seriously.

Several verses in Surah Al-Baqarah can soothe your inner turmoil. The following is a list of verses from Surah Al-Baqarah that serve as a remedy for human inner peace.
Many people call verse 255 the "verse of the chair." The verse has numerous virtues, particularly its use as a spiritual healer and prayer.
If an individual reads it, Allah SWT will look after him and protect him from the threat of evil, all evil and all kinds of illnesses including mental illness.
To get greater benefits, you can read it in the morning or after the dawn prayer and in the afternoon or after the afternoon prayer as a morning and evening dhikr.
Next, the Quran serves as a spiritual healer, with the last two verses of the surah meaning "female cow." In these last two verses, you can find peace and tranquility in your heart and mind.
Rasulullah SAW has said that whoever reads the last two verses in Surah Al-Baqarah at night, Allah SWT will protect him from various illnesses, worries and anxieties.
In the Tafsir Al-Muyassar by the Ministry of Religion, the 250th verse is interpreted, "After being seen by Jalut and his army, they could see and see the danger before their own eyes. Then, they knelt down and asked Allah for help by praying and uttering complete submission.
"O Lord, send to our hearts great patience, strengthen our feet and make them strong so that we can fight the enemies, so that we do not run away due to the severity of this war, and win us with Your help and help so that we can fight the disbelievers."
You can use this verse as a prayer to ask Allah to give you patience and strength to be able to face all the problems and tests given in this life.

You can also use the last three suras in this holy book as a spiritual remedy. The last three suras in the Quran are said to be spiritually healing because the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) once said that nothing can protect a believer more than these three suras.
So, a devout believer must understand that when he experiences a problem, whether light or heavy, the only place to ask for protection is Allah SWT.
Especially QS. Al-Ikhlas has a very special position, because it contains meaning about the nature of Allah SWT's monotheism which is not found in other verses.
Besides reading the Quran as a spiritual healer, you can also do several other practices such as being patient, regularly performing Tahajud prayers, and increasing istighfar and Zikr.
