Prayers for protection from Satan can be practiced so that you can always be kept away from all forms of Satan's temptations so that you can focus on worship.

Cordoba Quran - Believing in Allah SWT is a must. Carrying out all His commands while avoiding all His prohibitions is the simplest definition of proving our love for Allah. However, the reality is that there are countless trials in achieving this, as Satan is always ready to lead us astray at any time.
According to historical accounts in heaven, Allah SWT once commanded Satan to prostrate himself before the Prophet Adam (peace be upon him), because that was His command, and humans are God's most perfect creatures. However, he refused and instead requested God's permission to have eternal life. His goal was to lead Adam and his descendants astray.
And Allah SWT granted the request. He was permitted to tempt people's faith so that they could see how strong their faith was against these temptations. Temptations will come from all directions, so those without strong faith will easily be led astray. The Istiadzah recitation is as follows:
(a'udzu billahi minasy syaithanir rajim)
Meaning: " I seek refuge in Allah from the temptations of the accursed devil "
In fact, prayers for protection from Satan need to be practiced daily to avoid his seduction and tricks. He has several ways of weakening human faith, such as:
Thoughts and desires are both a means and a target for leading people astray, especially when they are about to carry out obligations such as worship.
For example, the obligation to perform the prayer. When hearing the dawn call to prayer, Satan will make people feel lazy about getting up. Consequently, they will miss the dawn prayer and wake up later.
Muslims are obligated to pray for protection from Satan , as he will always try to deceive under the guise of promises. Allah SWT, in fact, finds it difficult to promise Paradise to devout Muslims who consistently uphold their faith and Islam.
However, he deliberately deceived people by promising them paradise without fulfilling many conditions. In reality, it was just a deception that would lead them astray.
Allah SWT is Most Gracious and Most Forgiving. No matter how often people commit sins, no matter how big the sin is, if they repent wholeheartedly, Allah will open the door to His forgiveness.
However, Satan will always try to make humans delay their repentance, so that they will continue to sin until death comes without asking God for forgiveness.
Another reason why prayers for protection from Satan must be practiced is so that humans always remember their nature as Muslims, which is to only worship Allah SWT, carry out all His commands and stay away from His prohibitions.
This is important because it avoids deception where the aim is to always provide temptation so that people forget these prohibitions, so that they will always violate them.
There's actually no need to be confused about choosing a prayer. Although there are many, some of them are even found in the holy Quran.
In this case, it is also stated in the Al-Quran, namely Surah An Nahl Verse 98. The sound of the prayer for protection from Satan is:
Meaning: " When you want to read the Koran, ask Allah for protection from the cursed devil ."
Before reading the prayer for protection from Satan above, it is also recommended to read ta'awud, which has the same meaning, namely to always be under the protection of Allah SWT, especially from temptations or whispers of Satan.
