Surrender to God is an important step for every Muslim to be able to live life in the world with full calm and blessing.
Surrender to God is one aspect of a Muslim life. This process includes beliefs, submissions and full beliefs in God in all aspects of life.
In living life, you certainly often deal with various challenges and trials that test faith. Therefore, the attitude as a Muslim in facing the challenges and trials is to surrender to the Almighty.
Surrender to God has the meaning of believing wholeheartedly that God is a regulator of all matters and surrender all the results of efforts to Him. This does not mean surrender without effort, but includes maximum effort accompanied by full confidence that God will give the best results.
Surrender to God gives inner and mental peace to a Muslim. A Muslim will feel calmer to face various trials and tests in life.
The belief that everything that happens has been governed by God and is the best way for His servants, giving strength to keep trying without feeling burdened by results that are not necessarily in accordance with expectations.
The argument about surrender to Him is stated in Surah Al-Imran verse 159 which means "Then if you have made up your determination, then trust God. Indeed, Allah likes those who fall."

Facing the challenges of life that are full of twists, surrender to the Almighty is an important step for every Muslim. Surrender does not mean giving up without effort, but entrusts the final result to the Almighty after trying as much as possible.
This process not only involves spiritual aspects, but also affects human daily life in facing various life challenges. The following are five ways to surrender to God with all my heart.
Faith and piety are the main foundation in surrender to God . Strengthening faith can be done in various ways such as diligent in worship, reading the Koran or by understanding Islamic teachings.
Whereas taqwa is to protect themselves from the act of sin and carry out all His commands. How to strengthen faith and piety including routine praying five times a day, reading and living the Koran every day, attending the Assembly of Science or Religious Lectures and increasing dhikr and prayer.

Life is full of various tests and trials. One way to surrender to God is to face the test patiently and tawakal. Patience means accepting every test gracefully, while tawakal is to submit the final result to Him after trying his best.
Steps to be patient and tawakal include convinced that each test is a form of love, trying his best in every job, praying for His strengths and instructions, and submitting the results of the entire effort only to Him.
Dhikr and prayer are one effective way to get closer to God . With dhikr, the heart becomes calm and always feels under His supervision. Prayer is a form of human communication with God, asking for His help and guidance.

Noble character is a reflection of one's faith. Maintaining noble morals such as honest, trustworthy, and doing good to others is a tangible form of surrender to God. Having good morals, you show that living life according to His teachings.
The way to maintain noble character is to be honest in every action, keep promises and mandates, do good by helping others and maintaining verbally and behavior of bad things.
To be able to surrender to God , it is important for every Muslim to stay away from all forms of sin and immorality. By away from actions that are forbidden by God, we maintain the sanctity of the heart and mind, and draw closer to Him.
The way to avoid sin is to avoid the environment that encourages sin, asking forgiveness from Him through istigfar, filling time with useful and positive activities and maintaining views, hearing, actions from illicit things.
Being a Muslim is a life choice that must be lived with sincerity and grace to God. Making Him a shelter and surrender is the nature of a devout Muslim.
