Waqaf Ibtida Manuscripts Pause is a space or distance method with color blocks on the waqaf sign, as a sign of stopping and starting reading.

The procedure for stopping and starting to read the Qur'an, by giving a line of leaning lines of certain lafaz matters according to the rules in the verses of the Qur'an and the marks of colored pause blocks on each sign of waqaf on each pages of the Qur'an.
