The temptation when someone intends to memorize the Koran is a lot, we need to be aware of it from the beginning. Memorizing the Koran is one of the most noble deeds of worship in Islam. Experience, anyone who is enthusiastic in the Quran Tahfiz Program. For those who are memorizing the process, only 30 juz is finished, or while this temptation is an evaluation of the trip and the struggle to be Hafiz Al-Quran.
In this article I am concise into 7 temptations. representing many terrible temptations to become a sincere Hafiz Al-Quran and achieve His blessing.
This process is not only about remembering its verses and sentences, but also about instilling them in the heart and applying them in everyday life. However, this trip is not easy and is often filled with various temptations.
The following seven temptations that are often faced by memorizers of the Koran and their solutions are based on personal experience and in accordance with the proposition of the Koran.

Lazy and the tendency to delay is the main temptation that often comes. After the initial enthusiasm, the spirit can be reduced, and the feeling of laziness begins to emerge.
Experience: When you first start memorizing, ideals and enthusiasm are very high. However, after a few weeks, the moon changed, began to feel lazy and often delay the memorization schedule.
Al-Quran Solution: Remember QS. Al-Asr (103: 1–3), about the oath of time and all humans lose. God reminded the importance of using time well and not procrastinating. Setting a fixed schedule and asking for support from friends or teachers will be very helpful.

Wealth often neglects, forgetting knowledge and the hereafter except for useful and blessing property. Busyness with worldly affairs often distracts from memorizing the Koran. School, work, or hobby activities, social work, can be a reason to ignore memorization.
Experience: There is a time when we are so busy with work and other activities, often complacent with pleasure, or fanaticism to football, artists, music so that memorization of the Koran is ignored.
Al-Quran Solution: QS. Al-Munafiqun (63: 9) reminds us not to be deceived by worldly life. Making priorities and setting special time every day for memorization is very helpful in maintaining consistency.
9. O Believers! Don't your possessions and your children neglect you from remembering Allah. And whoever does that, then they are those who lose.

Now we cannot be separated from gadgets. Technology and social media are big temptations that can spend a lot of time unwittingly. Need rules and discipline yourself to use it.
Experience: We are often tempted to open social media during the time that should be used to memorize. Opening applications, channels that are not related to the Koran.
Al-Quran Solution: QS. Al-Hasyr, 59: 18-19) reminds us to always be adrift of Allah SWT, don't forget Him, always remember what we do for an eternal future. Using technology wisely and limiting the time to use social media can help overcome this temptation. Do not be tempted by the crowd and boisterous world of social media that is sometimes deceptive.
18. O Believers! Tell God and should everyone pay attention to what he has done for tomorrow (the hereafter), and bertakwalah to God. Really, Allah is a student of what you do.
19. And do not be like those who forget God, so God makes them forget themselves. They are wicked people.
Feelings of despair can appear when memorization feels difficult and progress seems slow. Especially if it is related to murajaah, the spirit of repeating memorization and keeping it feels lost.
Experience: There are times when we feel unable to continue because we feel that memorization does not develop. Personal experience is indeed this murajaah between God's grace and despair.
Al-Quran Solution: QS. Az-Zumar (39:53) reminds us not to despair from God's grace. Pray and remind yourself of the noble purpose of memorizing the Koran can restore enthusiasm.
53. Say, "O my servants who go beyond the limits of themselves! Do not despair from God's grace. Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Really, he is the All-forgive

A less supportive environment or friends who do not have the same interest can be a temptation to stop memorizing.
Experience: You who start memorizing the Quran may have been in an unfavorable environment, where no one understands or supports its business to memorize the Koran. Look for friends who motivate even their ideals, everyone's experience becomes a lesson.
Al-Quran Solution: QS. Al-Furqan (25: 27-28) teaches the importance of choosing good friends. Looking for a community or memorization group that supports is very important to maintain enthusiasm and motivation.
27. And (remember) on the day (when) the wrongdoers bit their two fingers, (regretting his actions) while saying, "O! If (first) I took the way with the Apostle.
28. O, wretched me! If (first) I did not make the fulan that was a close friend (me),
6. The temptation of the future, family and health
Worried about life in the future in the world, family conditions, fortune, careers, children of descent later how to tempt when they want to memorize the Koran. Feeling bad health or physical fatigue can also hamper the memorization process.
Experience: There are times when we feel too tired to memorize after a day of work or activities. Need to healing, find fresh air, walk with family to Tafakur that eternal life is not in the world, but the hereafter.
Al-Quran Solution: QS. At-Tahrim, 66: 6) reminded that we must protect ourselves and the family of hellfire, together with the family helping each other, always reminding to be obeying is the key to overcoming this temptation.
6. O people who believe! Take care of yourself and your family of hellfire whose fuel is human and stone; The guardians of rude, and hard angels, who are not ungodly to God for what He ordered to them and always do what is ordered.

Feeling bored or bored with memorization routine is a common temptation.
Experience: After a few months, especially for years to memorize the Koran, a natural thing is there is temptation and then began to feel bored with the same routine every day.
Al-Quran Solution: QS. Al-Akabut (29:69) promises that those who fight in the way of Allah will be guided to the right path. Looking for variations in the memorization method, such as using memorization applications, tahfiz training or participating in the Tadabbur Tafsir Class, can help overcome boredom.
69. And people who strive for (seeking our serving), we will show them our walk. And really, Allah and those who do good.
Closing
Memorizing the Koran is a journey full of challenges and temptations, but each of these challenges is an opportunity to strengthen faith, istiqamah and patience. By remembering the noble purpose of memorization and using the teachings of the Koran as a guide, these temptations can be overcome.
There is always a solution and inspiration from the verses of the Koran. May we all be kept away from all the temptations that neglect. Hopefully we are given strength and determination in memorizing the Koran and practicing it. Amen
