Quran fighters have passed away. The late H. Vidi Hanggito, or Pakji, closed his service in Cordoba with sincerity and love for the Divine Kalam. His departure teaches that life is a stopover towards eternity. Let's fill the time with the best charity, death is certain, all will go home. We are ready to continue your struggle Pakji. Al-Quran my spirit, Cordoba3x-Allahu Akbar.
That Saturday night, Grief greeted the extended family of the Qur'an Cordoba. The news of the return to the divine day from our beloved brother, the late H. Vidi Hanggito - who we familiarly called Pakji - incised a deep wound.
Completed his duty in the world, serving sincerely under the auspices of the Scriptures he held, he read almost visible to me every after prayer he took the time to open the Manuscripts, at least to chat and dialogue with the Kholiq. At the age of 49, he ended his journey in the world, after more than 13 years faithfully serving, premising the ranks of the Qur'an Cordoba Sales with great perseverance and soul.
Brother, in fact this world is just a mortal stop. There is nothing eternal, nothing that remains. Some came with hope, and some left memories. Life is a meeting, and the end is separation - because every life will surely meet his death.
"Any person will feel dead. And actually on the Day of Judgment, it is given perfectly your reply."
(Surah Ali 'Imran: 185)
However dashing this body stands, later will submit to the silence of the body. However high positions and abundance of assets owned and held, everything will stop when the last breath is released.
Brother, while life is still burning in the chest, let's ask ourselves: Have we planted enough charity for us to harvest in the eternal country? Have we prepared provisions for a definite journey, to the encounter with the owner of the day of the trace? Are our bowls and prostrations still a lot of revisions? Do you still leave our Manuscripts dusty?-What makes the dust scattered in our souls, covering every good with the arrogance of the soul.
This world is just a mirage-it looks real, but we never really have. We're chasing, but we have never been held in full. Because finally, the eternal is not the world, but the afterlife is waiting.
"And the life of this world is nothing but a pleasure that trimes." (Surah Al-Hadid: 20)
Now, one more chair in our ranks is empty. One soul returns to God's lap. Today Pakji has passed away. Tomorrow, it could be anyone among us - manager, supervisor, staff, freelance daily, or even director - will follow his steps. Because every soul has a schedule to go home, and none of them are able to postpone it.
Goodbye, Akhuuna Vidi. Our prayers accompany your steps. May Allah accept all your deeds, forgive all your fault, and put you in the best place by His side.
Know, we are very lost.
"Indeed, we belong to God and we are back." (Surah Al-Baqarah: 156)
"O Allah, forgive him, raise him, save him, save and forgive him. Give him a place of residence, spread his grave, clean him with water, snow, and dew. Clean him from mistakes as white cloth is cleaned of stains. Replace his house with a better home, his family with a better family, and his partner with a better partner. (HR. Muslim no. 963)
Allahu a'lamu bish-shawab.
