The Qur'anic argument:
Meaning: "O Adam's children and grandchildren! Wear your good clothes on each (entering) the mosque, eat and drink, but don't overdo it. Really, God does not like excessive people." (Surah Al-A'raf: 31)
Ibn Kathir said, "Allah gathered all medical science in this half of this verse." Namely " eat and drink, but don't overdo it" . (Tafsir Ibnu Kathir)
Prophet's Hadith ﷺ:
Meaning: " There is no worse place than filling the abdomen of Adam's descendants. Enough Adam's Children to consume that can uphold his bones. If it is a necessity to be filled, then one third for his food, one third for the drink, and one third for his breath ." (HR. At-Tirmidzi)
Excessive eating patterns cause various diseases such as obesity, diabetes, and others. Conversely, the stomach is balanced, eating patterns that are sufficient to maintain endurance and extend life there will be good quality of health.
God created a night for rest.
The Qur'anic argument:
"And we make your sleep to rest." (QS. An-Naba: 9)
Meaning: " And among the signs (greatness) is your sleep at night and daytime and your efforts to find part of His gifts ." (QS. Ar-Rum: 23)
Enough sleep at night plays a role in the body's detoxification, cell regeneration, and strengthening the immune system.
"Do Qailulah (nap), because Satan doesn't do it." (HR. Abu Nu'aim)
So, naps according to scholars become sunnah, before or after dhuhur for 15-30 minutes can increase focus, memory, and productivity afterwards.
Makruh sleep after dawn:
Sleeping after dawn is said to eliminate the blessing of morning time, like the words of the Prophet:
"O Allah, bless my people in the morning." (HR. Abu Daud)
Rasulullah ﷺ strongly advocated his people to be physically or physically strong.
Prophet's Hadith ﷺ:
Meaning: "A strong believer is better and more loved by God than a weak believer. However, both of them still have goodness. Be enthusiastic about things that are beneficial to you. Ask for help from God, don't be weak." (HR. Muslim, no. 2664).

"Wealth is not with a lot of wealth, but wealth is a heart that feels enough." (HR. Bukhari and Muslim)
"Really a great reward comes with a big trial. If God loves a servant, then he will test it. If he is pleased, then God is pleased." (HR. At-Tirmidzi no. 2396)
Life and healthy is a test, as it hurts as well as a test so that we are patient. So, stress, complaining and anxiety can be reduced by strengthening faith, multiplying dhikr, and blessing to his destiny to always be grateful.
